Fuel and vapour line assembly

At Remploy Automotive, we work with a number of different materials to make pipes for a range of different automotive uses, including fuel line assemblies, vacuum brake pipe assemblies, engine breather pipes assemblies, tank venting assemblies, air suspension harnesses and switchable engine mount assemblies.

Our experienced staff can shape and assemble monolayer or multilayer, smooth and corrugated elastomeric plastic pipes. Parts can be supplied for immediate insertion into vehicles during the production process or to make up parts kits for aftermarket use.

Remploy Automotive are able to test any manufactured parts comprehensively using our unique PC-controlled checking fixtures to ensure zero PPM targets are met. For example, to warrant joint integrity we can provide 100% air decay leak testing and connector pull-off capability at sub-zero, room temperature and high temperatures.
