Interior Trim

Our Automotive Interior Trim division in Derby and Huddersfield is a major manufacturer of vehicle interior and trim components. We provide cutting, sewing and the assembly of seat covers and secondary seat covers, headrests, armrests and door, roof and console trim items. All are available in PVC or fabrics. We also offer the sewing capability in high quality leather for the UK automotive market.

Currently, the business supplies over five million cut and sewn components each year including headrests, armrests, undercovers and seat covers. We provide CNC and press cutting of laminates, fabrics and PVC.

Remploy offers a competitive UK option for OEMs requiring high quality sewn finishes on ‘A' surfaces, interiors including twin needle and decorative stitching for door casing, centre console, fascia trim and cubby boxes. A full service includes supplier development, sourcing, product development and project management.
